JOINT MEETING/ISSUANCE OF TAX ALLOCATION BONDS, SOUTH MAIN
STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT (SANTA ANA AUTO CENTER)
Recommendation:
1.
Adopt Resolution No. 84-2Ø: A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. 84-17 AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE ISSUANCE OF TAX ALLOCATION BONDS OF SAID
AGENCY IN A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED
NINETEEN MILLION DOLLARS ($19,ØØØ,ØØØ) TO FI-
NANCE A PORTION OF THE COST OF A REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT KNOWN AS THE SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVEL-
OPMENT PROJECT; AND,
2.
Adopt Resolution No. 84-21: A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AWARDING NINETEEN MILLION DOLLARS ($l9,ØØØ,ØØØ)
SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TAX
ALLOCATION BONDS, 1984, TO THE BEST BIDDER,
REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS AND TAKING CERTAIN
OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE BONDS.
Council Recommendation: Adopt: A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
ISSUANCE BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY OF ITS SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT TAX ALLOCATION BONDS 1984 AND MAKING CERTAIN
DETERMINATIONS RELATING THERETO.
