ACCEPTANCE OF CITY-OWNED SURPLUS PROPERTY/GRANTING OF
EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE-JACKSON PARK
Recommendation:
1.
Accept conveyance of Jackson Park development
site from the City for the consideration of
$76,ØØØ, to be paid upon Agency resale of the
property, and authorize the Chairman and Execu-
tive Director to execute all necessary documents
for acceptance of title.
2.
Grant a 9Ø-day exclusive right to negotiate for
development of the subject property to the Civic
Center Barrio Housing Corporation.
Commission Recommendation:
