Recommendation: Approve the Minutes of the
Adjourned/Joint Meeting of the Agency/City Council
on August 5, 1985; the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting of the Agency on August 20, 1985; and the
Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Agency on
September 3, 1985.
CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT -
McDONNELL DOUGLAS AND SANTA FE DEVELOPMENTS

Recommendation: Authorize the Chairman of the
Redevelopment Agency to execute an appraisal
contract with Jeffery A. Donahue, for a fee not to
exceed $36,000.00, for an appraisal of fixtures
and equipment within the McDonnell Douglas and
Santa Fe Development Sites.
