Recommendation: Authorize the sublease of
the Templo Calvario building to the Orange
County Pacific Symphony for administrative.

Santa Ana to be held on Monday, May 6, 1985 at 7:30 P.M. in
the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California, on the door to Room 628 and the Council
Chambers.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That Daniel Griset, Chairman
of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana, California, has called a Special Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency to be held in the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, at
the hour of 7:30 P.M., on Monday, May 6, 1985.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
1.
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH BERNARD PERLIN FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A RESTAURANT AND CONVERSION OF THE
TEMPLO CALVARIO BUILDING FOR CULTURAL USES.
