PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG INVOCATION ROLL CALL 1. MINUTES Recommendation: That the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council, held November 18, 1986, be approved as received. 2. AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS A. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 1906 AND 1910 NORTH MAIN STREET; Ill, 115 AND 117 WEST 19th STREET; AND 114 AND 116 WEST 20th STREET Recommendation: Authorize the Chairman and Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to execute all appropriate documents for acquisition of the real property at: 1906 and 1910 North Main Street; Ill, 115 and 117 West 19th Street; and 114 and 116 West 20th Street in the City of Santa Ana from C. J. Segerstrom and Sons, a partnership, for the sum of $535,000.00. Commission Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute a purchase agreement for acquisition of the real property at 1906 and 1910 North Main Street and 111, 115 and 117 West 19th Street and 114 and 116 West 20th Street in the City of Santa Ana from C. J. Segerstrom and Sons, a partnership, for the sum of $535,000.00. ------- . . I 3. BID AWARDS A. 4. CONSTRUCT DOWNTOWN PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY/BRIDGE IN ALLEY NORTH OF THIRD STREET PARKING STRUCTURE - PHASE II Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency award the contract for the construction of the pedestrian bridge, from the downtown Third Street parking structure to the Spurgeon Building, McCulloch Building, and Spurgeon Annex on the 200 block of West Fourth Street, to B.F.I. Constructors, the lowest acceptable bidder, in the amount of $148,787.00. Commission Recommendation: The Redevelopment Commission will consider this item at their meeting of December 16, 1986 and their recommendation will be orally communicated to the Agency. COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM A. MODIFICATION OF DIRECT COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM Recommendation: 1. Authorize staff to modify the self-funding commercial rehabilitation loan program within the Redevelopment Agency's project areas; and Approve the revised credit criteria and terms and condition of the program. 2. HARRY GREENBERG DEFERRED LOAN - GRAND CENTRAL BUILDING Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 86-56: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE REFINANCING OF A REHABILITATION LOAN SECURED BY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 116 NORTH SYCAMORE STREET. 2. I i . . , Commission Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution authorizing refinancing of the Greenberg deferred note; the drafting and execution of a promissory note and deed of trust; and allowing the Grand Central Partnership to assume the Wells Fargo loan. 5.
