STRATEGY PLANS FOR SOUTH HARBOR & SOUTH MAIN PROJECT AREAS Recommendation: Receive and file the strategy plans for the South Main and South Harbor Redevelopment Project Areas. Commission Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency receive and file the strategy plans for the South Main and South Harbor Redevelopment Project Areas. BUSINESS SESSION - Council Chambers 2. MINUTES Recommendation: That the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council, held March 17, 1987, be approved. 3. RESOLUTIONS A. EXTENSION OF SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND FUNDS . Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 87-11: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE 1985 HOME MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. Council Recommendation: Adopt: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE 1985 HOME MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS AND DIRECTING ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. . . . 6. 4. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE SALE AND REHABILITATION OF THE HARMON-McNEIL HOUSE AND THE WILLIAM CRANE HOUSE Recommendation: That the Community Redevelopment Agency approve the issuance of a Request for Proposal for the sale and rehabilitation of the historic Harmon-McNeil House, located at 817 N. Lacy Street, and the William Crane House, located at 506 S. Birch Street. Council Recommendation: That the City Council approve the issuance of a Request for Proposal for the sale and rehabilitation of the historic Harmon-McNeil House, located at 817 N. EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE A. EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH TRUAX-MILLER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE A-16 SITE Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency grant Truax-Miller Development Corporation a 180-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate for the development of the downtown development site known as A-16 (McLean Cadillac Site). AGREEMENTS A. MINTER HOUSE IMPROVEMENTS 2. . . B. . Recommendation: 1. Approve an Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and Historic Restoration ("A California Partnership") to implement mitigation measures pertaining to the Minter House adjacent to the A-12 Park Place Development Site. 2. Approve conceptual plans for the mitigation measures and a project budget of $100,000.00 inclusive of a consultant contract for final working drawings and relevant bid package preparations with Don Krotee and Associates in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. 3. Authorize the solicitation of bids following completion of the construction plan documents and authorize the Redevelopment Commission to implement the budget. Commission Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency: 1. ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT FOR COMMONWEALTH VOLKSWAGEN CORPORATION Recommendation: Approve an agreement assigning a certain Lease, Option and Development Agreement, dated December 18, 1984, and amendment thereto, dated May 20, 1986, from Commonwealth Volkswagen Corporation to Allan and Sara Fainbarg, Michael R. Wimbush, and others. Commission Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency approve an agreement assigning a certain Lease, Option and Development Agreement, dated December 18, 1984, and amendment thereto, dated May 20, 1986, from Commonwealth Volkswagen Corporation to Allan and Sara Fainbarg, Michael R. LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE GREATER SANTA ANA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR OFFICE SPACE Recommendation: Authorize the City Attorney to prepare and the Chairman and Secretary to execute a Sublease Agreement with the Greater Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. Commission Recommendation: That the Agency authorize the City Attorney to prepare and the Chairman and Secretary to execute a Sublease Agreement with the Greater Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. FUND TRANSFER A. FUND TRANSFER TO THE STOREFRONT IMPROVEMENT REBATE PROGRAM Recommendation: Continue the item for discussion during reView of 1987-88 Budget.
