OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
December 21, 1977
The meeting convened at 5:25 P.M. in Room 831, City Hall, 20
Civic Center Plaza, and was called to order by Mayor Vernon S.
Evans. The following Council members were present: Gordon
Bricken, David F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, David L. Brandt
and Mayor Evans. Councilmen James Ward and John Garthe were
absent. Also present were Staff members City Manager Bruce C.
Spragg, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, and Clerk of the Council
Florence I. Malone.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

of the United States of
America.
RECESS
EXECUTIVE SESSION

recessed the meeting for
the purpose of an Executive
Session to review person-
meeting was reconvened.
ADJOURNMENT
At 6:31 P.M. the meeting
was adjourned by unanimous
informal consent.
