AMENDMENT TO THE A-12 DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
A.
Recommendation: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned
Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
held on December 21,1987 and the Minutes of the
Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on January 4, 1988.
Recommendation: Approve an amendment to the
Disposition and Development Agreement between Urban
Ventures, Inc. and the Redevelopment Agency and
authorize its execution by the Chairman.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency approve an amendment to the
Disposition and Development Agreement between Urban
Ventures, Inc. and the Agency, and authorize the
Chairman to execute same.

NEW PROGRAM
A.
MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Recommendation:
1.
Authorize implementation of a first-time homebuyer
Mortgage Assistance Program; and authorize the
Executive Director of the Agency to execute all
necessary documentation.
2.
Allocate Housing Set-Aside funds in the amount of
$120,000 to fund direct subsidies to eligible
homebuyers.
Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency:
1.
Authorize implementation of a first-time homebuyer
Mortgage Assistance Program; and
2.
Allocate Housing Set-Aside funds in the amount of
$120,000 to fund direct subsidies to eligible
homebuyers.

Recommendation: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter
into the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section
54954.2, the Agenda for the January 19,1988 Meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at
1:05 P.M. on January 15, 1988.
