Redeve1ottment AlZencv Action: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned
Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency/City Council on
November 20, 1989 and the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency on November 21, 1989.

OFF SITE IMPROVEMENTS LOAN PROGRAM
Redeve1ottment AIlencv Action: Approve the Off Site Improvement Loan
Program with a maximum loan amount of $50,000 per project, to be
made available to families with a gross income of up to 80 percent
of the median income for Orange County and to non-profit developers.
Redeve1ottment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Community Redevelopment Agency approve the Off Site Loan Program
with a maximum loan amount of $50,000 per project, to be made
available to families with a gross income of up to 80 percent of the
median income for Orange County and to non-profit developers, by a
vote of 6: 0 (Rosenow absent).

ANNUAL REPORT
A.
ANNUAL REPORT FOR FY 1988/89
Redevelooment A2ency Action:
Approve the Annual Report for FY 1988-89 consisting of:
1. The Annual Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte, Haskins and
Sells,
2.
The Annual Report of Financial Transactions, and
3. Schedule HCD describing the Agency's activities affecting
housing and displacement.
Redevelooment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency approve the Annual Report for FY 1988-89
consisting of the Annual Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte,
Haskins and Sells, the Annual Report of Financial Transactions, and
Schedule HCD describing the Agency's activities affecting housing
and displacement, by a vote of 5:0 (Raya and Rosenow absent).
