IIllß!In Al!ency Action: Approve the Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting of September 19, 1989 and the Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency/City CounciljRedevelopment Commission of October 17, 1989. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: 2. PUBLIC HEARING A. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA RedeveloDment Commission Action: 1) Adopt a resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 89-11: A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana approving the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project and recommending its adoption by the City Council, making certain findings regarding the environmental impacts of the proposed Redevelopment Plan, and adopting a statement of overriding considerations. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: -' . . . RedeveloDment AIlencv Action: 1) Adopt a resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 89-12: A Resolution of the Coœaunity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana finding that the use of taxes allocated from the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project for the purpose of improving and increasing the community's supply of low and IIOderate income housing outside the project area will be of benefit to the project. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: 2) Adopt a resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 89-13: A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana making certain findings regarding the environmental impacts of the propo.ed Redevelopment Plan, and adopting a statement of overriding considerations. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: Citv Council Action: 1) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana ruling on written and oral objections and adopting written findings in response to written objections received from affected property owners and taxing entities and ruling on such written objections to the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: 2) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana finding that the use of taxes allocated from the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project for the purpose of improving and increasing the coœaunity's supply of low and moderate income housing outside the project area will be of benefit to the project. FY 1989-90 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA Redevelonment Allencv Action: Approve the FY 1989-90 budget of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as identified in pages 4-1 through 4-35 and 4-68 through 4-147 of the City of Santa Ana's proposed Annual Budget, 1989-90. Redevelonment Colllllission Recolllllendation: Recolll8end that the Redevelopment Agency approve the 1989-90 budget by a vote of 7:0. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: AGREEMENT A. SANTA ANA SPORTS ARENA Redevelonment Allencv Action: Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute a contract with Economics Research Associates for preparation of a fiscal study for an amount not to exceed $16,000. Redevelonment Colllllission Recommendation: Due to time constraints, this item was not formally presented to the Commission. AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT Recommendation: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the October 17, 1989 Joint Regular Meeting of the ColllllUIlity Redevelopment Agency/City Council{Redevelopment Commission was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on October 13, 1989.
