DEVELOPMENT FOR THE IC-1 SITE (South side of East First Street,
northeast of the I-5 Freeway)
A~ency Action: Grant a nine-month extension of the Exclusive Right
to Negotiate on the IC-1 site to Hutton Development Company, Inc.
Redeve1oDment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency grant a nine-month extension of the Exclusive
Right to Negotiate on the IC-1 site to Hutton Development Company,
Inc., by a vote of 5:0 (Rosenow and Stiens absent).

Griffin/Related Properties for a nine-month period for development
of the C-8 site.
Redevelonment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency approve an Exclusive Right to Negotiate with
Griffin/Related Properties for a nine-month period for development
of the C-8 site, by a vote of 5:0 (Rosenow and Stiens absent).

AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
Recommendation: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the
Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda
for the August 15, 1989 Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on August 11, 1989.
