FUND ALLOCATION AND PROGRAM CRITERIA CHANGES TO THE MORTGAGE
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
AlZencv Action: Authorize an additional allocation of Housing
Set-Aside funds in the amount of $500,000 to fund loans to eligible
first-time home buyers under the Mortgage Assistance Program and
authorize staff recommended modifications to the Mortgage Assistance
Program.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency
authorize an additional allocation of Housing Set-Aside funds in the
amount of $500,000 to fund loans to eligible first-time home buyers
under the Mortgage Assistance Program and authorize staff
recommended modifications to the Mortgage Assistance Program, by a
vote of 4:0 (Ba1en not present for vote; Mills and Mack absent).

AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
Recommendation: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the
Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda
for the January 17, 1989 Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, at 12 noon on January 13, 1989.
