Realty Corporation as reimbursement for construction of the storm
drain extension to the Auto Mall.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency
authorize payment of $268,813.80 to Santa Fe Pacific Realty
Corporation as reimbursement for construction of the storm drain
extension to the Auto Mall, by a vote of 6:0 (Adler absent).

DEVELOPMENT FOR THE A-13 SITE
AlZencv Action: Grant an extension of the Exclusive Right to
Negotiate on the A-13 site with Hutton Development Company, Inc. to
June 30, 1989.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency
grant an extension of the Exclusive Right to Negotiate on the A-13
site with Hutton Development Company, Inc. to June 30, 1989, by a
vote of 6: 0 (Adler abs.ent).

BRISTOL CORRIDOR REPORT TO COUNCIL

Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 89-03 - A resolution approving the Redevelopment
Commission's Report to Council on the proposed Bristol Corridor
Redevelopment Plan and authorizing submittal of the report and the
Redevelopment Plan to the City Council.
Commission Recommendation: The Redevelopment Commission continued
this item and will be taking action on it at their January 17, 1989
meeting.

AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
Recommendation: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the
Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda
for the December 20, 1988 Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on December 15, 1988.
