Redeve1onment Ao:encv Action: Approve the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting of the CoĊnunity Redevelopment Agency held September 18,
1990.

BID AWARD

BID AWARD FOR RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF THE BOWERS MUSEUM
EXPANSION PROJECT
Redeve1onment Ao:encv Action: Award the bid, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute a contract with
Continental Heller Construction, the lowest responsive bidder, in
the amount of $5,795,000 for renovation and new construction of the
Bowers Museum.
Redeve1onment Commission Recommendation: This matter will be
presented to the Redevelopment Commission at its meeting of
October 16, 1990. Its recommendation will be communicated to the
Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting of October 16,
1990.

Instruct the Agency Secretary to
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the
September 18, 1990 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Commission was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana at 3 p.m. on September 14, 1990.
