NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION Redevelonment Commission Recommendation' Recommended that the Community Redevelopment Agency: 1) Adopt a resolution approving an agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and the Historic French Park Neighborhood Association. 2) Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, a Disposition and Development Agreement with the Historic French Park Neighborhood Association, by a vote of 4:0 (Alleman, Esparza and Stiens absent).
