MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: 2. PUBLIC HEARING A. PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 410 NORTH BROADWAY (AP #398-255-18) RedeveloDment Al!:encv Action: Adopt a Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 91-03 A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana finding and determining that the public interest and necessity require the acquisition by eminent domain of a fee title interest in that certain real property located at 410 North Broadway (Orange County Assessor's Parcel No. 398-255-18), in the City of Santa Ana, for redevelopment purposes and authorizing and directing condemnation thereof. . . . 2. 3. Redevelooment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution finding and determining that the public interest and necessity require the acquisition by eminent domain of the real property 10cated at 410 North Broadway, and authorizing and directing the condemnation thereof, by a vote of 4:0 (Esparza, Nalle and Stiens absent). Adopt a Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 91-04 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana adopting a Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in cooperation with the County of Orange, authorizing an application to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an allocation for the issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates and the transfer of such allocation to the County of Orange. 2. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute a cooperative agreement between the County of Orange and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to implement a Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate Program. AB 265 (CHAPTER 1135, STATUTES OF 1985) RESIDENTIAL SET- ASIDE COMPLIANCE FINDING RedeveloDment A2ency Action' Adopt a Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 91-05 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana making certain findings pursuant to Section 33334.2 of the Community Redevelopment Law for Fiscal Year 1991-92. RedeveloDment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution finding that the Agency is exempt from the requirement of appropriating 20 percent of the tax increment in the Central City Project Area for low- and moderate-income housing because a substantial effort to meet these housing needs is being made through the tax increment revenues from the other five project areas, by a vote of 4:0 (Esparza, Nalle and Stiens absent) . Redeveloument Commission Recommendation' Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency approve the FY 1991-92 budget, by a vote of 4:0 (Esparza, Nalle and Stiens absent).
