INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION LOAN TO CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING
CORPORATION FOR 201 NORTH RAITT STREET
Redeveloument AlZencv Action: Approve an Infill New Construction Loan
in the amount of $144,000 to Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation
for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street.
Redeve1oument Commission Recommendation: This matter will be
presented to the Redevelopment Commission at its meeting on March 19,
1991, and its recommendation will be communicated to the Redevelop-
ment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting of March 19, 1991.
