THE MINNIE STREET ALLEY
RedeveloDment AlZencv Action: Authorize payment in the amount of
$69,384.55 to utility companies for the placing of utili ties
underground in the Minnie Street alley.
Redeve1oDment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Community Redevelopment Agency authorize payment in the amount of
$69,384.55 to utility companies for the placing of utilities
underground in the Minnie Street alley, by a vote of (6:0).

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE KOLL COMPANY
Redeve1oDment A~encv Action: Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare,
and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a
Memorandum of Understanding with The Ko11 Company concerning the
possible development of property in the vicinity of the Regional
Transportation Center.
Redeve1ODment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and
authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a
Memorandum of Understanding with The Koll Company concerning the
possible development of property in the vicinity of the Regional
Transportation Center, by a vote of (6:0).
