meeting on November 17, 1992. The Commission's recommendation will be
communicated to the Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting on
November 17, 1992.

Housin2 Advisory Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency approve an Exclusive Right
to Negotiate Agreement with HomeAid, Inc. and Shawntana Development for a six-
month period for the development of a Single-Room Occupancy residential hotel
at 205 West Civic Center Drive, by a vote of 6:0 (Ball and Rankin absent).

Inc. and Shawntana Development for a six-month period for the
development of a Single-Room Occupancy residential hotel at 205
West Civic Center Drive, and authorize the Executive Director

Redeveloument Commission Recommendation:
This matter will be presented to the Community Redevelopment Commission at its
meeting on November 17, 1992. The Commission's recommendation will be
communicated to the Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting on
November 17, 1992.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a 120-day
Exclusive Right to Negotiate between Chuck Patterson and the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana for the
development of Parcel 6 at the Santa Ana Auto Mall.

AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF A LAND USE AND SPECIFIC
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT PLAN FOR THE MIDTOWN DISTRICT

Ana and IBI Group/Ron Baers for the preparation of a Land Use
and Specific Development District Plan for the Midtown District
in an amount not to exceed $60,250.

FOR THE MIDTOWN DISTRICT

the Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting on November 17,
1992.

amount not to exceed $47,204.

Resolution 92-14 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana concerning the redemption or
defeasance of certain bonds of the Agency and providing for the
sale of related mortgage loans, participation certificates and
other assets and authorizing the execution and delivery of all
necessary documents.
