RedeveloDment Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency approve a loan under the
Nonprofit Loan Pool Program to Mercy House in an amount not to exceed $128,200
to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of 1505 and 1509 North Bush
Street by a vote of 6:0 (one vacancy).

Agreement with Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its
project located at 201 North Raitt Street for a total amount
of $284,000.
2.
Approve a short-term loan with Civic Center Barrio Housing
Corporation for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street
for a total amount of $50,000.
By a vote of 5:0 (Alleman absent, one vacancy)

Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney
to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute,
an agreement for the transfer of property for the construction of a U.S.
government federal court complex in downtown Santa Ana, by a vote of 5:0
(Alleman absent, one vacancy).
