MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
Redevelooment Commission Recommendation'
This matter will be presented to the Redevelopment Commission at its meeting
on July 21, 1992. The Commission's recommendation will be communicated to the
Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting on July 21, 1992.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Agency
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a Memorandum of
Understanding with the County of Orange to provide predevelop-
ment funding for the Single-Room Occupancy development proposed
by the South Orange County YWCA.

PASS THROUGH AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY GENERAL FUND, FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT AND HARBORS, BEACHES AND PARKS
Redevelooment Commission Recommendation:
This matter will be presented to the Redevelopment Commission at its meeting
on July 21, 1992. The Commission's recommendation will be communicated to the
Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting on July 21, 1992.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a pass through
agreement with the County of Orange, the County of Orange Flood
Control District, and County of Orange Harbors, Beaches and
Parks County Services Area #26 for the South Harbor
Boulevard/Fairview Street Project Area.
