COMPLIANCE FINDING
Redevelooment Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution finding that
the Agency is exempt from the requirement of appropriating 2O, percent of the tax
increment in the Central City Project Area for low and moderate-income housing
because a substantial effort to meet these housing needs is being made through
the tax increment revenues from the other five proj ect areas, by a vote of 5: 0
(Stiens absent, one vacancy).

Redeveloument Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency approve the Community
Development Agency's 1992-93 proposed budget, by a vote of 5:0 (Stiens absent,
one vacancy).

Resolution 92-9 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana approving the Agency's Fiscal
Year 1992-93 Annual Budget and approving a cooperation agreement
with the City.

Redeveloument Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency authorize the implementation
of the Substantial Rehabilitation and New Construction Loan Program, by a vote
of 6:0 (one vacancy).

Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency authorize the implementation
