RESOLUTION 92-3 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana authorizing and directing the condemnation of that certain
real property identified as that portion of Westwood Avenue adjoining the
property identified by Assessor Parcel Number, Book 405, Page 233, Parcel 14,
commonly known as the street in front of 1131 Westwood Avenue, Santa Ana,
California, for redevelopment purposes, by a vote of 5:0 (Alleman and Nal1e
absent) .

Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney to prepare,
and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, pass-through
agreements with Orange County Sanitation District Nos. 1, 2 and 7 as they
relate to the North Harbor, South Harbor, South Main and Inter-City
Redevelopment Project Areas, by a vote of 5:0 (Esparza and Stiens absent).

$90,300, by a vote of 5:0 (Esparza and Stiens absent).

will be communicated to the Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's
meeting on April 21, 1992.

Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an amendment
to that certain agreement for valuation services dated
September 17, 1991 with the firm of Desmond, Marcello and
Amster, for the appraisal of possible loss of business
goodwill, with total amended compensation not to exceed the sum
of $28,171.50.
