RESOLUTION FOil THE THIRD AllENDJIENT TO THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH SANTA ANA VENTURI!: (IfAINPLACE) Redeve1ooment Commission Recommendation' Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency: Adopt a resolution: RESOLUTION 92-2 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approving a Third Amendment to the Participation Agreement with Santa Ana Venture and making certain findings with respect thereto, by a vote of 4:0 (Alleman, Na11e, Stiens absent). . . . 2.A. EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NECOTIATE VITH THE LE PLASTRIE& COllPANY FOR AN ARTIST STUDIO PROJECT Redeve1oDment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency grant a 180-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate with the Le Plastrier Company for development of an artist studio project to be located at the northeast corner of Sycamore and Second Streets, by a vote of 5:0 (Alleman and Na11e absent). AGREEMENT Faa TIll!: ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 205 WEST CIVIC CENTE& DRIVE Redeve1oDment Commission Recommendation' Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency: 1. Approve an Appropriation Adjustment recognizing $650,000 in unanticipated revenue in the housing set-aside fund and appropriating same to the YMCA Acquisition Project. 2. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an Agreement with the YMCA of Orange County for the acquisition of real property located at 205 West Civic Center Drive. By a vote of 5:0 (Alleman and Nalle absent). Its recommendation will be communicated to the Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting of March 17, 1992. Redeve1oDment AlZencv Action' JI2tl2nl Approve a loan guarantee in the amount of $90,000 for Paul E. Hobbs, Jeep/Eagle dealer at the Santa Ana Auto Mall, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute the appropriate documents. MOTION: SECOND: VOTE: 7.A.
