AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEHENT WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES
Redeve1oument Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney
to prepare, and authorize the Agency Chairman and Executive Director to
execute, an amendment to the agreement between the Community Redevelopment
Agency and Villdan Associates for residential construction inspection and
monitoring services in an amount not to exceed $25,000, by a vote of 4:0
(Alleman, Esparza and Na11e absent).

Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's 8eeting on February 18, 1992.
