Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney to prepare,
and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an Exchange
Agreement with the City of Santa Ana conveying the real property required for
street widening on the north side of Owens Drive, by a vote of 6:0 (Stiens
absent) .
