Approve the Hinutes of the Adjourned Regular Heeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency held October 18, 1993, and the
Regular Heeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held
October 19,1993.

OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH CASE SWAYNE COMPANY, INC. FOR
SITE ACQUISITION ASSISTANCE
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an Owner
Participation Agreement with Case Swayne Company, Inc. for
site acquisition assistance for 1043 East Fourth Street,
Santa Ana.

the contract with Planning and Urban Design ResourcesjIBI

nary Program for the Hidtown District.
