AND ROSS STREETS
Redeve1oument Commission Recommendation:
Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney to
prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director tó execute, an
agreement for the transfer of property for the construction of a U.S. Government
federal court complex in Downtown Santa Ana by a vote of 5: 0 (Alleman absent, one
vacancy) .

located on the east side of Ross Street between Fourth and Fifth
Streets.
