FEDERAL COURTHOUSE PROJECT TENANT RELOCATION
Redeve1oDment Commission Recommendation:
This matter will be presented to the Redevelopment Commission at its meeting
on February 16, 1993. The Commission's recommendation will be communicated to
the Redevelopment Agency by staff at the Agency's meeting on February 16,
1993.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, agreements in
total not to exceed $77,000 to assist tenants to move from
the A-2 Federal Courthouse site.

Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter notice of posting into
the Minutes.
The January 19, 1993 Agenda for the Joint Regular Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at
10 a.m. on January 15, 1993.
