The August 15, 1994 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Heeting of the
CollDUIlity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 2 p.m. on August 10,1994.
The Notice of Adjournment of the August 16, 1994 Heeting of the
Coll1JJ1U1lity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on August 16,1994.

LEASE AMENDMENT FOR SOUTH MAIN OFF-STREET PARKING (300 SOUTH MAIN
STREET)
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, an addendum to lease the real
property located at 300 South Main Street from Marie E. Chaney.

RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE
Adopt a resolution.
Resolution 94-5 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana establishing a records retention schedule
and approving the destruction of records in accordance therewith.

AGREEMENTS FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW INSTRUC-
TIONS -- 1106 AND 1120 NOUH SPURGEON STREET, AND 1115 BUSH STREET
1. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the
acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring
the real property located at 1106 North Spurgeon Street, Santa
Ana, Assessor Parcel No. 398-025-06 from a conservator
representing Mary Rokkum for $120,000.
2. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the
acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring
the real properties located at 1120 North Spurgeon Street, Santa
Ana, Assessor Parcel No. 398-025-04 and 1115 Bush Street, Santa
Ana, Assessor Parcel No. 398-025-02 from Maria T. Hadsell for
$350,000.
