KOTtON: SECOND: VOTE: PAYHENT TO EDUCATIONAL REVENUE AUGHENTATION FUND 1) Approve an appropriation adjustment transferring $2,116,815 from the 1986 South Main Tax Allocation Refunding Bond Debt Service Reserve Fund to the 1993D South Main Tax Allocation Refunding Bond Escrow Fund. 2) Approve an appropriation adjustment transferring $1,219,780 from the 1989 South Hain Tax Allocation Refunding Bond Debt Service Reserve Fund to the 1993D South Main Tax Allocation Refunding Bond Escrow Fund. 3) Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $44,650,000 in .bond proceeds from the 1993D South Main Tax Allocation Bond refunding and appropriating SSIJJe to the payment of various bond issuance and retirement expenses. 4) Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $4,495,000 in unanticipated revenue realized from the 1993D South Main Tax Allocation Bond refunding and appropriating SSIJJe to the South Main Redevelopment Project Area Fund.
