Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on September 18, 1995 and Minutes of the Regular
Meeting held on September 19, 1995.
RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.
The September 18, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 1 p.m. on September 15, 1995.
The Notice of Adjournment for the September 19, 1995 Community Redevelop-
ment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on September 19, 1995.

Motion: Approve an extension of the Exclusive Right to Negotiate with KLST Partnership,
Ltd. for a 180-day period for the development of a concert hall/live peñormance
theater facility.
