Motion: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meetings of the Community
Redevelopment Agency/City Council held on July 17 and August 7, 1995, and
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on August 15, 1995.

Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.
The July 17, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 9 a.m. on July 14, 1995.
The August 7, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on the door of the Council

FRENCH PARK MODEL BLOCK PROJECT
Motion:
Approve implementation of the Model Block Project as amended for the French
Park Neighborbood, and authorize the Executive Director of the Community
Development Agency to execute contracts in an amount not to exceed $95,000 to
pay the cost of exterior painting, landscaping, supplies and services to execnte the
project.
