REOUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT WITH KLST
PARTNERSHIP, LTD.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare. and authorize the Chaimum and the
Executive Director to execute, a I8O-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate with
KLST Partnership. Ltd. for the development of a concert haJIjlive
performance theater facility.
