The December 19, 1994 A¡¡enda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the COl1IBJl1ity Redevelopment A¡¡ency was posted on the door of the
Council Chembers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on
December 16,1994.
The Notice of Adjournment of the December 20, 1994 Meeting of the
COIIIIIIIJl1ity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on
December 20,1994.

REQUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
AGREEMENT WITH C. J. SEGERSTROH AND SONS - FlIP LEASE

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, an agreement with C.J.
Segerstrom and Sons to provide a lease subsidy of $200,000
annually for 11 years for the FHP Administrative Office proJect.
