Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.
The November 18, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza at 12 p.m. on November 14,1996.
The Notice of Adjournment for the November 19, 1996 Community Redevelopment

RELEASE OF COVENANTS - LENNAR NORTHEAST LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director to execute, a
Release of Covenants with Lennar Northeast Limited Partnership tenninating the
covenants running with the property located at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard
and McFadden Avenue.
