Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held on September 17, 1996.

Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.
The September 3, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular MeetIng of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 9 a.m. on August 30, 1996.
The Notice of Adjournment for the September 17, 1996 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on September 17, 1996.

BUSINESS CALENDAR
MACARTHUR PLACE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
1. Authorize the Executive Director to consent on behalf of the Redevelop-
ment Agency to a proposed transfer by BGS Partners of Its Interests in the
MacArthur Place site and the Disposition and Development Agreement to
a new entity to be fonned by BGS Partners and Thenno Development,
Inc., or an affiliated organization.
2. Exempt First American Title Company from the Agency's prevailIng wage
requirement for any development at MacArthur Place.
