MINUTES
Motion: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on July 1, and the Regular Meeting held on
July 16, 1996.
RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.
The July 1, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza at 10 a.m. on June 28, 1996.
The Notice of Adjournment for July 16, 1996 Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on July 16, 1996.

BUSINESS CALENDAR
HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
1.
Adopt a resolution:
Resolution No. 96-4 . A resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana adopting a Mortgage Credit Certificate
Program in cooperation with the County of Orange, authorizing an
application to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an
allocation for the issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates and the transfer
of such allocation to the County of Orange.
2.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and
Executive Director to execute, a cooperative agreement between the County
of Orange and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana to implement a Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit
Certificate Program.
