Motion: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on April 15, and the Regular Meeting held on
April 16. 1996.

Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director to
execute, contracts and agreements with F & A Painting Ine. ill an amount not
to exceed $53,970, including a five percent contingency fee, to implement the
Paint It Now Program.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH RICHARD R. BAUER FOR
PARCEL 6 AT THE SANTA ANA AUTO MALL
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the
Executive Director to execute, a 9O-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate with
Richard R. Bauer for the development of Parcel 6 at the Santa Ana Auto Mall.
