JOINT BANKRUPTCY AGREEMENT FOR RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS
AGAINST THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the
Executive Director to execute, a Joint Agreement with the County of Orange and
the Official Investment Pool Participants' Committee.
