EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE LEE GROUPILIVE WORK
SERVICES
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive
Director to execute, a 180-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate with The Lee Group/Live
Work Services for development of an artist studio project to be located at the southeast
corner of Third and Sycamore Streets.

HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Motion:
Adopt Resolution.
1.
RESOLUTION 97-1 - A resolution adopting a Home Mortgage Finance and
Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in cooperation with the County of Orange,
and authorizing an application to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee
for a $5,000,000 allocation for the issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates and
the transfer of such allocation to the County of Orange.
2.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the
Executive Director to execute, a Cooperative Agreement between the County of
Orange and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to
implement a Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate Program.
