Motion:
Approve Minutes of the Adjoumed Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on October 4, 1999 and the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held on
October 19, 1999.
RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Motion:
1.
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Minutes.
The October 4, 1999 Agenda for the Adjoumed Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 4:25 p.m. on September 29,
1999.
The Notice of Adjoumment for the October 19, 1999 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on October 19,
1999.

CONTRACT AWARD FOR DEMOLITION - 807,809, 809'!., 626, 628 SANTA
ANA BOULEVARD AND 630 GARFIELD
Motion:
1.
Award a contract for the demolition of 807, 809, 809~, 626, 628 E.
Santa Ana Boulevard, and 630 Garfield to J. G. Industries, Inc., the
lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $51,825, and authorize
the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency to
execute all necessary documents.
2.
Approve a Project Budget not to exceed $57,010.
