RESOLUTION NO. i999-09: A resolution approving an implementation
Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and Adolf A. Ohmann for
Commonwealth Volkswagen Dealership.

Motion:
Adopt a resolution of the City Council making certain findings with respect to the
consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment Agency pursuant
to an Implementation Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency
and Adolf A. Ohmann for Commonwealth Volkswagen Dealership for the sale of
certain real property in the South Main Street Redevelopment Project Area and
approving the sale of said real property upon the terms and conditions contained
in that Agreement.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND AGENDA
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That Miguel A. Pulido, Chairman of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California, has called a Special Meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency for Monday, July 19, 1999 at 6:15 p.m. or as
soon as possible thereafter in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California.

The Agency will consider approving an agreement with Griffin Realty Corporation for a
feasibility analysis and architectural and engineering services to renovate the Phillips
Block Buildings at 301-309 West Fourth Street, Santa Ana.
