Redevelopment Agency held on April 3, 2000.

Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 4:50 p.m. on March 29, 2000.
The Revised Page 3 of the April 3, 2000 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 2:40 p.m. on March 31,
2000.
The Notice of Adjournment of the April 3, 2000 Community Redevelopment

AGREEMENT WITH ROSENOW SPEVACEK GROUP, INC.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and
Executive Director to execute an agreement with Rosenow Spevacek
Group, Inc. to provide feasibility studies and strategies for each
Redevelopment Project area.
