The January 3, 2000 Agenda for the Adjoumed Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 4:05 p.m. on December 28,
1999.
The Notice of Adjoumment of the January 18, 2000 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to February 7. 2000 at 6:00 p.m.

COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE CITY REGARDING THE DELHI PARK
PROJECT
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
1.
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attomey to prepare and authorize the Chairman and
Execuüve Director of the Agency to execute a cooperation agreement
between the Community Redevelopment Agency and the City regarding
the assignment of costs associated with the Delhi Park Project.

Motion:
1.
Approve and certify a Mitigated Negative Declaration and
Monitoring Program EROO-05 to establish a cooperative funding
agreement between the City and Redevelopment Agency regarding
the assignment of costs associated with the Delhi Park Project.
2.
Authorize the Mayor and Clerk of the Council to execute a
cooperation agreement between the City and the Community
Redevelopment Agency regarding the assignment of costs
associated with the Delhi Park Project.

RESOLUTION NO. 2000-01: A resolution approving an Owner
Participation Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and
the Orange County High School of the Arts and a Cooperation
Agreement between the Agency and City to advance funds in the
event the Agency is unable to cover costs.
