The December 20, 1999 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 2:35 p.m. on December 15,
1999.
The Notice of Adjournment of the December 21, 1999 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to January 3, 2000 at 6:00 p.m.
in the Council Chambers was posted on the door of the Council

TERMINATION OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND BROOKFIELD IMPERIAL,
INC.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and
the Executive Director to execute, an Agreement to terminate the
Disposition and Development Agreement between the Agency and
Brookfield Imperial, Inc. as successor-in-interest to BGS Partners.
