CRAAGENDA Community Redevelopment Agency Members ALVAREZ, BIST, CHRISTY, FRANKLIN, McGUIGAN, SOLORIO City Manager, City Attorney, Executive Director, Clerk of the Council CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Community Redevelopment Agency and will be enacted by one motion without discussion unless otherwise directed by the Chairperson. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 01-28, VARIANCE NO. 01-09, TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 16217, ABANDONMENT NO. 01-04, APPROVAL OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, PARKING AGREEMENT, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT 86 LlVE/WORK STUDIOS GENERALLY BOUNDED BY SYCAMORE, SPURGEON, SECOND AND THIRD STREETS CRA AGENDA 3 NOVEMBER 19, 2001 . . . COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: Motions: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2001-08 approving a Disposition and Development Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and Santa Ana Artist's Village LLC. 2. Direct the General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the Executive Director to execute, an Affordable Housing Agreement with Santa Ana Artists Village LLC. 3. Authorize the Executive Director to negotiate the terms of an Owner Participation Agreement with the property owner for the potential redevelopment of the Festival Hall site. CITY COUNCIL: Motions: 1. Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program for Environmental Review No. 01- 144. 2. Adopt a resolution making certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment Agency pursuant to a Disposition and Development Agreement between the Agency and Santa Ana Artist's Village LLC (The Olson Company) for the sale of certain real property in the Central City Redevelopment Project Area and approving the sale of said real property upon the terms and conditions contained in that Agreement. 3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a parking option agreement with Santa Ana Artist's Village LLC. 4. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an Environmental Mitigation Agreement with the owner and operator of the Festival Hall property. 5. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 01-28 as conditioned. 6. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 01-09 as conditioned. CRA AGENDA 4 NOVEMBER 19, 2001 . . . 7. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 16217 as conditioned. 8. Adopt a resolution abandoning a portion of an alley, 200' long, just south of Third Street and east of Main Street.
