routine by the Community Redevelopment Agency and will be
enacted by one motion without discussion unless otherwise directed
by the Chairperson. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent

MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS - KDF HENINGER
Motion:
Exchange the promissory note currently held by the Agency for the
2001 Series A-ST Bonds issued by the Housing Authority of the City
of Santa Ana for an equal amount of principal and interest rate to be
paid on a residual receipt basis.

RESOLUTIONS - ADOPTION OF PRELIMINARY PLANS FOR
AMENDMENTS TO THE SOUTH HARBORIFAIRVIEW STREET, NORTH
HARBOR AND SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
AREAS
Motions: 1. Adopt a resolution approving the Preliminary Plan for the
proposed amendment to the South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview
Street Redevelopment Plan.
2. Adopt a resolution approving the Preliminary Plan for the
proposed amendment to the North Harbor Redevelopment Plan.
3. Adopt a resolution approving the Preliminary Plan for the
proposed amendment to the South Main Street Redevelopment
Plan.

AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Community
Redevelopment Agency members regarding any non-agenda items within
the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency. NO action may be taken on
non-agenda items unless authorized by law.

Limit your remarks to three (3) minutes. The number of speakers and
allotted time may be limited at the discretion of the Council.
