CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Community Redevelopment Agency and will be
enacted by one motion without discussion unless otherwise directed
by the Chairperson. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent
Calendar matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the
Recording Secretary.

BUSINESS CALENDAR

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET FOR FY 2001-2002.
Adopt a resolution approving the FY 2001-2002 budget of the
Community Redevelopment Agency as identified in the City of Santa
Ana's Annual Budget for 2001-2002.
AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND
ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 611 NORTH MINTER STREET
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition
of real property located at 611 North Minter Street, Santa Ana, and
identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398.311-01 from William and
Dorothy Brown for the amount of $475,000 plus normal escrow and
closing costs.

SALE OF AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1402 S.
PARTON.
1.
Adopt a resolution authorizing the sale of Agency-owned
property located at 1402 S. Parton and all other required
documents for a sales price of $205,000.
2.
Approve a loan to Safely on Shore Ministries, Inc. in an amount
not to exceed $125,000 for the acquisition of 1402 S. Parton.
3.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the
Chairman to execute an agreement with Safely on Shore
providing for the sale of real estate, a purchase loan, and
affordability covenants.
LEGAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH KUTAK ROCK, LLP.
Direct the Agency Counsel to prepare and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute an agreement with the law firm of
Kutak Rock, LLP. for specialized legal services for the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana related to public
finance and reporting.

the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency. NO action may be taken on
non-agenda items unless authorized by law.
