Special Meeting
January 16, 2001
RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes.
The Agenda for the January 16, 2001 Special Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza at 6:25 p.m. on January 11, 2001.

AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW
INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 605-607 NORTH LACY STREET
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and
Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition of real
property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at 605-
607 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel
Number 398-312-20 from Emelio L. Paz, et al for the amount of $232,000
plus normal escrow and closing costs.

AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW
INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 606 AND 614 NORTH LACY STREET.
Motion:
1.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the
acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the
real property located at 606 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and
identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-311-12 from Felix
Ponce and Claudia Josefina Ponce for the amount of $130,000
plus normal escrow and closing costs.
2.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the
acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the
real property located at 614 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and
identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-311-13 from John J.
Merino Jr., Robert L. Merino and Gladys Frances Henke for the
amount of $310,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs.
